Feb Pool Meetings - Feb 17, Feb 24.

In preparation for this year's registration, we are meeting this Wednesday and next Wednesday to draft the March letter. We want to completely describe the on-line registration process, and also highlight the alternatives - mailing a check and paying in person.

We need to nail down the processes for accepting the money and recording the transaction, and for tracking bond payments and refunds.
